Moving the movement.

Before I get to my blog today, I want to make a statement concerning the proposal NAAFA has on the table to take the word “fat” out of their name.

Removing “fat” from your name because a public relations firm that you hired thinks you’ll be in a better position for financing because your name won’t sound as offensive flies in the face of the people you say you represent,  What if the Black Panthers took the word “Black” out of their name, or the NAACP removed the CP?  I hope that NAAFA isn’t in denial about who they represent here.  Part of their mission is to remove the stigma associated with the word “fat”.  I’m sorry to tell you guys, but you’re fat, the people who support you are fat, the people you say you represent are fat.  Don’t deny them who they are.  Work towards removing the stigma associated with the word, and stop worrying about your social events.

If you feel the same way I do, make your voice heard.  I’ve already done so, by responding to their name change poll, by tweeting them about it daily, and by e-mailing them.  Along with that, I’ve also told them that I’d be willing to better support them financially if they stay true to their mission.  You can e-mail them at  I urge you to do so.

As you can see, my blog is hosted on WordPress.  It’s a great site that allows you a lot of leeway, not only with design, but with content.  I’m proud to say that my daughter works for them.  When one signs up to start blogging on WordPress, they have to agree to the company’s “Terms Of Service”, which are essentially their rules.  While their rules are voluminous, I want to show you one of the more important terms:

Responsibility of Contributors. If you operate a blog, comment on a blog, post material to the Website, post links on the Website, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make) material available by means of the Website (any such material, “Content”), You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content. That is the case regardless of whether the Content in question constitutes text, graphics, an audio file, or computer software. By making Content available, you represent and warrant that:
the Content is not pornographic, does not contain threats or incite violence, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;

I’d like to introduce you to a site called “The Crusade Against Fat People”

Here’s part of their mission statement:

We are sick and tired of idiots telling us that fatness doesn’t effect us and that we should tolerate it.  No, fuck that.  We shouldn’t have to tolerate it.  We’re here to make a stand against those people and their defense of the repulsive and reckless self-indulgence of fatness that presents a grave threat to our society.

The primary mission of this blog is twofold:

1) We aim to expose the scourge that fatness is and the disgusting / degrading nature of fat people.

2) We aim to organize this disgust and ridicule into a movement that would eliminate fat people from the face of this planet.

They sound angry….

Here’s a little background on the “writers” of this wonderful little website:

Fat Slayer
Fat Slayer is an alumni of the University of Florida class of ’04 who lives in Jacksonville, Florida.  He is the founder of this blog who posts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

BitterHappiness is an alumni of the University of Washington class of ’06 who lives in Seattle, Washington.  He is a contributor to this blog who posts weekly on Saturdays.

Aristodemus is a professor of anthropology and Greco-Roman philosophy who is constantly traveling the world for his research.  He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge in 1982.  He is a guest poster who posts irregularly.

Never in the history of the world have 3 people who purport to be so intelligent come off so dumb.  With a mission to rid the world of fat people, they have also come up with methods to do so.  From one of their blogs:

FAT SUB-HUMAN FILTH DO NOT DESERVE TO LIVE.  It is better for us all that they die and their putrid bodies destroyed before they can inconvenience us more with disease.  Oh how I relish a fat disgusting piece of shit screaming, begging for mercy, while I bind them and slowly disembowel them.  I’d fucking cut open their huge stomach and rip out all the fat.  They’ll be screaming in agony, and then I’d have Fat Slayer beating it senseless.  Then I’d fucking make that filth eat its own lard.  Then I’d gouge its eyes out and piss all over it while they die a slow and agonizing death as they cry and beg for forgiveness which they shall never receive.  Sub-human filth can never be forgiven, they are a treachery to our society.

Heed these words well you pieces of shit.  The day will come when we will be free of fat people, and until then, you need to remind yourself to never sympathize or empathize with them.  They do not respect themselves, thus neither should you.  They are worthless, disgusting, and death is more than they deserve.

I suppose that it’s not a lot of work to do all this if one is dedicated, but describing it is still considered hate speech.  And THAT is the reason for this blog today.  Look, I have a lot of rage at times, anyone who reads my blogs over the years knows that.  I’ve never advocated killing anyone, however…….not in my blogs, and not in real life (okay, except for my occasional road rage when I’m driving in Pennsylvania).  I don’t advocate death for anyone, and I’m betting you don’t either.  SO, if you also find their blog offensive and hateful, please let WordPress know that you do.  If you have a WordPress account, when you go to the “Crusade Against Fat People” blog page, look for the WordPress logo on the top left of the page, and you’ll see the name of their blog, along with their icon next to it.  Click on their icon, and a drop down menu will show.  Look for where it says “report this content”, and turn the sumbitches in.  If you don’t have a WordPress account by using the following link:

I realize that these haters haven’t updated their blog page since August of 2012, but I still think that content like this remaining available for view is offensive and needs to be dealt with.  Help me deal with it.  Let’s kill the blog that wants to kill.

  1. Wow that site is unbelievable. The more blogs I read, the more I feel like fat is a long way away from being accepted. Everyone seems to think obesity is caused my laziness and consuming more calories that you burn. Unless people can prove that to be untrue and turn that into mainstream news, people will continue to shame fat people.

    1. Most of what’s on the site isn’t based on fact. The fact is, that contemporary science is showing that fat people who work towards fitness can actually live longer than their thinner counterparts.
There are many other current studies that refute the myth that all fat people are lazy and eat all day. Ashley, if you;d like more information that will allow you to call bullshit on this, I can point you to many different links & studies.
